Message me and I will fix it. If a page arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, you can have it remade or refunded, and I will cover the postage both ways. That is your right under Australian Consumer Law and it is also just how I would want to be treated.
Every page is made after you order it, and a cover with a name cut into it cannot be sold to anybody else, so I cannot take those back simply because you have changed your mind. If you get in touch before I have started cutting, I will cancel and refund the whole thing, no questions.
If I got it wrong, I will remake it at my cost. If the spelling in your order was not the spelling you wanted, message me straight away and I will almost certainly be able to change it before I start. After that I can remake the cover for the cost of the materials.
